If the Unhappy Face is turned on (Bright Yellow) , then one of the meshing processes has returned without being able to mesh all the faces. These unmeshed faces will be displayed as a table one at a time when the unhappy face is clicked. There are many reasons why a face will not be meshable but almost all should be that the face is very distorted or very broken from the CAD. These faces can be fixed by manually changing them , deleting and rebuilding or modifying in the CAD.
